Our guests to stay can get it by depositing money to their card after
logging in at the front desk (by filling out the Accommodation
Document).
Our one-day guests can check-in after receiving their cards by
depositing money to their cards from the Hattuşa Card counter at the
security entrance.
Refunds for remaining balance of cards can only be made at the front
desk by signature.
